Frequently Asked Questions |
| Question | Answer |
I don't have a design or idea, who does that? |
LOOK can provide that service for you, or you can hire your own designer. However, the printers require a certain formatting and it takes a while to learn all the ins and outs. |
How do I develop an advertising strategy? |
Go to our menu item Keys to Success and scroll down the comments. You'll have fun testing some of the observations! |
How much does the design cost? |
Typically it's free for adjusting and basic tweaking to fit a billboard. If you need a total design from scratch, $50 per hour is our fee - a design usually can be accomplished in a couple of hours. |
Should we use paper posting or vinyl covers for our billboard? |
It depends on your strategy and long term intentions. If you'll only be advertising for a month or two, paper is the answer. However, if you'll be advertising for more than 3 months, or you can use the same layout for a few months a few times a year, vinyl works well. |
How long does the vinyl color last? |
Typically a couple of years, although we've heard 3 years mentioned. Brighter colors will tend to fade after 12-18 months, but usually not unacceptably. |
How long do leases have to be? |
Typically they are 6 months, but we can offer better deals for 1 and 2 year terms. |
Can I get a particular location? |
Typically yes, although some customers may already have the rights to a location in a longer-term lease. Just let us know and we'll get you a first right of refusal after the current customer passes. It helps if you're a customer in another location, as we can quickly move the faces. |
