Using the Site

Your Experience will be best if viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.  This is a "frames" site, so if it's not working for you, that setting might need adjusting.   Some "cookies" might be collected by the web software to make your access quicker, but the info dies when you close your browser software on your machine.

The MENU TREE is in the left frame and should allow you to visually "know" where you are within the site at any time and mimics Microsoft's File Folder Explorer.

Just click on the graphics or URLs of the topic to expand or collapse your choices.  Most of the time the content will appear in the right frame and you may have to scroll a bit to see all of the content.  This allows the menu to be visible most of the time and was done as a convenience to those more recently introduced to computers.  Some situations will mandate opening up another instance window or copy of Internet Explorer and the content will be displayed on top of or over the menu tree window.  You can always get back to the menu by closing the freshly opened window .

You should also be able to use the "Back" button at the top of your browser to return to the previous selection(s) or you can select the Welcome item to get back to the top.

The MENU TREE choices should be self explanatory, but if you have questions, please email Chris Cowlbeck so we can assist  you.  We have also tried to coordinate the colors so that a majority of users will feel most comfortable.
